About Kelly — Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Boise, Idaho

Hi, I’m Kelly O’Toole, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Be Well Nutrition. I’ve been practicing in Idaho for over 20 years, helping clients break free from years of frustration with stubborn weight, low energy, blood sugar issues, and confusing nutrition advice.

My passion for nutrition started early. Growing up in northern Idaho and spending time on my family’s ranch taught me the value of real food, resilience, and taking care of your whole self. Those roots shaped who I am today—a dietitian who truly listens, digs into the why, and understands that health is never one-size-fits-all.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply hormones, stress, sleep, metabolism, and mindset impact someone’s ability to feel well. I’ve also seen how a few key changes—when they’re tailored to your body—can transform your energy, confidence, and relationship with food.
